CLASS REGISTRATION POLICIES
The Big M Art Glass & Studio adheres to the following registration policies. In order to keep our costs down, we ask that there be no exceptions.
REGISTRATION
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in classes. Spaces will only be held with payment. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver in order to participate in classes at Big M Art Glass & Studio.
CANCELLATIONS
Minimum class size is 8 people. If fewer than 8 people are registered for a class, the class may be canceled. If a class is canceled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued by the Big M Art Glass & Studio. Whenever possible, cancellations will be made at least 2 days prior to the beginning of a class.
Full refunds will be made minus the $75 non-refundable registration fee if you cancel your enrollment 15 days before the start of the class.
For cancellations made with less than 15 days notice, refunds will only be made if we are able to fill your space.
For cancellations made with less than 10 days notice, no refunds will be made. There are no exceptions.
